HW (a year ago): 81 kg (179 lbs) LW (three years ago): 59 kg (130 lbs) SW (may 2012): 73 kg (161 lbs) june 18: 69 kg (152 lbs) june 21: 67 kg (148 lbs) july 6: 66 kg (146 lbs) july 23: 65 kg (143 lbs) july 26: 64 kg (141 lbs) august 13: 63 kg (139 lbs) august 15: 62 kg (136 lbs) october 13: 61 kg (134 lbs) december 27: 60 kg (132 lbs) january 9: 59 kg (130 lbs) UGW: 57 kg (125 lbs) 175 cm (5'9) Just a normal high school girl who is tired of being chubby! I'm on a good track now and determinated that I will reach my goal weight. After a number of failed diet attempts (starvation, VLCD, diet pills, fluid-diet etc.) I finally found what works - exercising and eating healthy. For six years I have wanted to lose weight. This time I am going to make it. I work out six times a week, one day with a personal trainer. I try to eat around 1200-1500 kcals a day, wich is perfect for me personally.
